Giles Tagg M.Sc.
Giles Tagg has extensive real estate banking experience gained at Lloyds Bank prior to joining a small residential development funding boutique. He has utilised the practical underwriting experience gained in conjunction with property expertise underpinned by his Real Estate M.Sc. and has underwritten transactions with combined GDVs in excess of £400m. Since August 2013, Giles has specifically focused on residential development transactions and he is directly responsible for originating new business from his market contacts, including lending partners, finance brokers and other industry professionals.
Keir Chastney MRICS
Keir Chastney is a Chartered Surveyor with 7 years' experience in the property and finance industries. Having initially trained and qualified as a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) with King Sturge, more latterly Keir worked at Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL). Keir's experience within property consultancy has principally been within the valuation and development consultancy disciplines, covering commercial and residential property and he is an RICS registered valuer. Keir focuses on originating new business and the analysis of new opportunities.
